Latest Innovations in X-ray QA Testing at AAPM 2016

RaySafe is a proud exhibitor at the upcoming AAPM 2016 Annual Conference in Washington, DC. We are happy to celebrate this year’s theme of “Communicating your Value, Improving our Future.”

Having the right tools at hand is crucial to achieving productivity while maintaining a higher degree of patient safety in today’s changing medical field. Come to the RaySafe booth to learn more about the latest innovations in X-ray testing – the RaySafe X2.

Built on robust semiconductor technology with advanced energy compensation, the RaySafe X2 offers a completely new user experience and more insight without the need of complicated settings or special modes.

Small, yet powerful

Advanced and innovative stacked sensor design, tailor-made electronics, and built-in self-test provide peace of mind in measurements. The X2 sensors have a smaller footprint yet are more powerful than the Xi sensors.

The X2 sensors are very easy to place in the beam. The sensor design removes the sensitivity to the heel effect and only requires direct exposure rather than 90° angle versus the X-ray tube.* Minimum footprint also means a minimum influence on the AEC feedback loop.

X2 R/F, CT, and Light sensors all have increased sensitivity to measure low and high dose rates and lower luminance levels without settings.

Trig level and kVp delay are no longer needed with advanced algorithms and a more powerful processor.

There is much more to experience with the RaySafe X2 – See it in action!
